Go Baby Go Diaper Program

 GBG provides diapers to families in need living in Sumter, Lee, or Clarendon Counties. We are open Tuesdays from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you are interested in our diaper program, you can complete our application below. You can also stop by during our office hours and complete an application in-person. Please make sure to bring the following: Photo ID, Child's Medicaid Card or other proof of government assistance (WIC letter, SNAP/EBT letter, etc.).
