Need Diapers?

We're here to help. Go Baby Go provides diaper assistance to eligible families living in Sumter, Lee, and Clarendon Counties.

Who Is Eligible?

To receive diaper assistance, you must:

  • Live in Sumter, Lee, or Clarendon County.

  • Have a child from birth to age 2 in need of diapers. Accommodations are made for 3-year-olds with diagnosed special needs or a disability.

  • Provide proof of government assistance (such as Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/EBT, or TANF) or income verification showing you meet or are below the 250% Federal Poverty Income Guideline (such as two current paystubs).

Applying is simple! You can:

  • Complete the online application by click on the button below.

  • Visit our office during business hours to apply in person.

    • Our office hours are:

      • Tuesdays 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

      • Fridays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

    • Please bring the following documents when applying:

      • A valid photo ID.

      • Your child's Medicaid card or proof of government assistance (WIC, SNAP/EBT, TANF, etc.).

How often can I receive diapers?

Eligible families may receive diaper assistance once per month.

What size diapers do you provide?

We typically stock diaper sizes 1–7. Additional sizes, such as Preemie and Size 8, may be available based on donations and inventory.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No. You may complete an online application or visit our office during business hours to apply in person.

Do you provide wipes or other baby essentials?

Yes. Families receiving diaper assistance also receive wipes each month. Other baby essentials may be available based on inventory. Please contact us to learn what items are currently available.

If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, we encourage you to contact us. We may be able to connect you with other community resources that can provide assistance.

Do you take donated diapers?

Yes. Go Baby Go accepts diaper donations, including unopened packages and gently opened boxes, provided they are clean and in usable condition.
